God had monkeys in mind when He made the trees.
And, God had flowers in mind when He made the bees.
Who did You have in mind when You painted the rainbow upon the sky?
Could it have been me?
God had…….???? (help from the audience )
God had Balaam in mind when He made the ass.
And, God had bare feet in mind when He made the grass.
Who did You have in mind when You painted the rainbow upon the sky?
Or, need I even ask!
Nothin’ turns me on quite like a rainbow!
Nothin’ turns me on quite like the sky!
When I’m down and feelin’ pain, I remember the rainbow comes after the rain.
And, when I see that rainbow, you know that I’ll get by!
God had Noah in mind when He made the ark.
God had babies in mind when He made the stork.
Who did You have in mind when You painted the rainbow upon the sky?
Don’t leave me in the dark!
God had women in mind when He made man.
And, what I’m tryin’ to say is we all just fit into His master plan!
So, whoever He had in mind when He painted the rainbow upon the sky
Is an awful lucky man!
