Just about the time that I get it straight I lose my perspective and I fall to confusion.
But my heart is not content to crawl. Till I learn to fly, I'll try to walk in the love that lifts me up.

And, when I'm far beyond my wits own end, then You give me a peace that supersedes sense.
And, You teach me to walk in the paths that lift me up and to trust in You to draw me..

And, then it's dust to dust, ashes back to ash.
Somethin' is stirring in the soul that once was empty.
Chains are broken now, and the ache is taken in.
We leave behind the shadows of the lives that we've now come to know.
You take us to the sun. And, we can see that as we go that You were drawin' us
